By installing, purchasing, or using Sola Launcher (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is developed and distributed by Alix Le Bert (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. Description of the service

Sola Launcher is a paid Android launcher application distributed through the Google Play Store. The App replaces the default home screen of compatible Android devices and provides customization, widgets, and personal-productivity features described on this website.

2. Purchase, free trial, and refunds

The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store. A free trial period (currently 7 days) may be offered to new users at the discretion of Google Play. At the end of the trial, Google Play automatically charges the price of the App to your registered payment method, unless you cancel the trial before it ends.

All payments are processed by Google. Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy. Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request an automatic refund directly from Google Play. After 48 hours, please contact us at support@sola-launcher.com and we will assess your request in good faith.

3. License granted to you

Subject to your payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Android devices linked to your Google account, for personal use. You may install the App on any number of your own devices via Google Play.

The App, its source code, its design, its name, its logo and all related materials are the exclusive property of Alix Le Bert. All rights are reserved. The animated wallpapers included in the App are sourced from third-party providers (Pexels, Pixabay, Mixkit) under their respective royalty-free licenses and are redistributed for in-app use only.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every Android device or version. Some features depend on third-party services (Open-Meteo for weather, the Android calendar provider, etc.) and may be unavailable if those services are down.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device malfunction. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may also discontinue or modify the App at any time. In case of termination, the disclaimers and limitations of liability above will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
